These are really good workouts by InciteFitnessUK! Don't be fooled by the 'Beginner' in the titles. Some of these exercises are tough!

Day 1/4

Day 2/4

Want to join me? yes
Yes I try to do some of these exercises whenever time permits but not some of the tougher exercises like the muscle up, superman push up on parallel bar, front lever etc. I'm working on it though.

Side benefit: Hopefully with the extra strength I gain I will be able to rip more powerful forehand & backhand shots! laugh

Interesting . It's not difficult but need some endurance and preserverance . I use a year to change my physic and strength . Just need a lot of time and some investment on diet . It's all about the time willing to put in .

These exercises are not difficult visually & if you can follow what is required (theory) to do them. However, doing some of these exercises eg. muscle up, planche, front lever, human flag etc etc is far from 'not difficult'.

Time, diet etc are important but I think the most important factor is you (you as in the person who wants to improve & change their physique/fitness etc). You need to manage your time properly, look after your diet, remain motivated, have certain knowledge of what exercises you need to do depending on what you'd like to achieve for eg. gain muscle, lose weight, improve your strength etc etc. It's mostly down to you to make things happen.
