Anyone has experience purchasing equipments from them:

http://www.northseasports.com/

I'm just curious. I saw this popup in Google Ad when browsing non TT-related website. Also saw this mentioned in another TT forum. Have anyone bought equipment from them? Is their price competitive? Thx.

Never heard of this tt shop but not bad. They sell the legendary Dr Neubauer Super Block!
I wonder what their prices were like compared to other local tt shops.

"Please make an appointment to come visit our showroom at
19 Toa Payoh West Singapore 318876."

I find the above a bit weird - why do we need to make an appointment to go to a tt shop?

Seems like they only carry a few brands. Not sure if they have others as well. Sometimes, information on the website are outdated/inaccurate.
Hmmm...can visit their shop to have a look :)

Just checked with google street view but it didn't show much. Google maps showed that the "19 Toa Payoh West Singapore 318876" is Singapore Action Group of the Elders (SAGE) address!

Heard that the previous Sunsport shareholders went separate ways... so one of them setup a shop at SAGE. And this North Sea seems to link to the shop there.. something like that, not really sure the details. lol

I actually visited the place once to pick up a blade.. the shop name is call Happy Table Tennis. There are a few tables setup, I presume they do conduct classes or for rental.. The equipment display corner is rather small, they mainly carry Stiga and Joola produsts.

Yes. I remember how Sunsports operate...have to call to make appointment to purchase equipments. As some of the stocks are kept in storeroom @ SAGE Happy

Open the shop will do. Just 'look-look see-see only'. lol
So how did you find their showroom (more like storeroom I guess) & the prices?

This company is indeed related to Sunsports. They are Joola dealer.

Off Topic: Now they are mass ordering new Joola Rhyzm. Anyone interested could SMS them or drop them an email.

dryvuuu,
I just pick up my stuff and left.. did not manage to check the stocks/prices...

If their the distributors for Joola, then I presume their prices for Joola stuff should be quite reasonable...

zhijie,
so, were you tempted by Rhyzm, ordered any? lol...
